Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με αρκετή ησυχία καθώς δεν υπάρχει κάποιος πολυσύχναστος δρόμος κοντά. Παρόλα αυτά σε κοντινή απόσταση από το διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε Super Market στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια (120m) και ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος για τον καφέ ή το πρωινό σας σνακ (σφολιάτες,σάντουιτς κ.α.),στην ίδια απόσταση αλλά στην αντίθετη κατεύθυνση για ένα πιροσκί ή τον καφέ σας θα βρείτε επίσης κάτι ανάλογο, στον ίδιο δρόμο στο επόμενο τετράγωνο λειτουργεί άλλο ένα Super Market που κλείνει και πιο αργά μάλιστα (23:00). Στην γωνία ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει φαρμακείο. Στάσεις του λεωφορείου θα βρείτε : α) στην 2η Θεοτόκη στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια (190m) που περνάει το 040 στην γραμμή Πειραιάς-Σύνταγμα. β) Στα 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια στην πλατεία Πηγάδας (300m) που περνάνε 1) το 906 στην γραμμή Πλατεία Καραϊσκάκη-Καλλίπολη 2) το 909 στην γραμμή Άγιος Βασίλειος-Γενικό Κρατικό Νίκαιας. Στην πλατεία υπάρχει ένας πολύ ωραίος ελεύθερος χώρος πρασίνου όπου επίσης θα βρείτε παιδική χαρά και περίπτερο που λειτουργεί όλο το 24ωρο.
