Can’t recommend Dimitris’ place highly enough.
The apartment is lovely and exactly as depicted. The outside area though was even better! Huge rooftop terrace with lots of flowers and a gorgeous view to enjoy from the hot tub.
A short walk to the metro and then a quick ride to the centre of the city and the Acropolis among other attractions.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A perfect base to enjoy a stunning city.

Die Wohnung ist der absolute Hammer, wenn man in Athen eine Oase der Privatsphäre mit schönem Außenbereich zum Sonnen und chillen nach den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten mieten möchte.
- Innen nicht groß aber ausreichend für 2 Personen. Viel Ablagefläche gibt es aber nicht. Lediglich ca. 5 Kleiderbügel und 2 Schubladen. Wir haben aus Koffern gelebt ;)
- die Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend, alles funktioniert
- die Sauberkeit war top
- die Nachbarschaft ist eher ordentlich und nicht herunter gekommen wie einige Stadtteile in Athen
Das Highlight ist der Außenbereich:
- riesige Dachterrasse mit großen Esstisch, 2 Sonnenliegen + einem sehr neuen, super funktionierenden Whirlpool (beides überdacht, so auch im Hochsommer gut nutzbar)
- absolute Privatssphäre
- anfang Juli Sonne von morgens ca. 7 Uhr bis 19 Uhr
Umgebung und Anbindung:
- Fußläufig über die Straße ein Lidl + anderer großer Supermarkt
- Fußläufig gute griechische fast food Läden und weitere Gastro
- zu Fuß ist die M3 erreichbar
